Evaluating my Branch

There is a tool to help you, and it is titled SIR Branch Assessment.

To use it, look across each row (Category) and check the box which best describes your branch. Repeat for each Category then sum the number of checks in each column A, B, or C.

You can download your own copy from the State website, or by clicking here. Alternatively, you can view a full copy onscreen by clicking the ‘arrow in the box’ icon (top right of form image) when you point at the image.

This assessment was developed by comparing key attributes of branches doing very well, against those doing OK, and those on the road to failure. You should be able to get any quantitative information you need from your Form 27. Other evaluations can be made using your experience with the branch. The assessment will help you focus on areas where your branch is vulnerable.
